What can we do to help get us through the ups and downs of life with a bleeding disorder?

This webinar includes a preview of Believe Limited’s documentary “Let’s Talk Mental Health” and post-preview discussion of mental health resources.

The documentary “Let’s Talk Mental Health” follows five members of the bleeding disorders community who openly share their struggles in order to show us the challenges we have in common and how we can face them as they did.  Film Producer Patrick James Lynch and Debbie de la Riva, licensed professional counsellor, bleeding disorders mom and founder of Mental Health Matters Too, lead a discussion following the preview.

HCC Executive Director Lynne Kinst concludes the webinar with tips on how you can access mental health resources in California.
