Today on behalf of the Hemophilia Council of California and the CA Rare Disease Access Coalition, Lynne Kinst submitted the following comments to the Office of Health Care Affordability in regards to the proposed statewide spending cap. HCC believes it is critical that any policy discussions or regulations addressing health care affordability include the patient voice and be balanced by a commitment to the quality and availability of care.
