February Health Care Access Forum
HCC’s Health Care Access Forums discuss solutions to ongoing issues as well as provide insight into new projects like CalRx that affect access and quality of care for people with bleeding disorders. HCC’s February Health Care Access Forum will help continue the process of resolving patient access issues and improve collaboration among healthcare providers, pharmacies, and state health care departments.
At this upcoming Forum we will be joined by California Department of Health Care Services Director Will Lightbourne. We also have attending Dr. Roy Schutzengel, Barbara Sasaki, and Kyna Kemp from DHCS, as well as representatives from Gainwell Technologies, the fiscal intermediary, and the HTCs. Terri Cowger Hill, our legislative advocate, will provide the legislative update.
